ARE YOU OUR NEW MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


We’re looking for an energetic and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager to help us grow our brand, reputation, and client base – particularly across the Charity, Education, Membership, and Purpose-led sectors.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of implementing our Sales & Marketing Strategy, driving visibility, engagement, and conversion across all channels. You’ll combine hands-on delivery with strategic thinking to strengthen our market position and generate new opportunities.

What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing & Business Development Manager at Consider, you’ll:
- Develop and deliver a holistic marketing strategy that raises our profile, fuels lead generation, and drives conversion
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels
- Oversee our owned channels – website, newsletters, and social media – to share thought leadership and updates that genuinely engage our audiences
- Support business development through compelling content and communications for both new prospects and long-standing clients
Track and report on campaign performance, sharing insights that shape future strategy and improve results.
Research and identify new opportunities for awareness, partnerships, and prospect development.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience designing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies
- Experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to nurture relationships with target organisations
- Strong understanding of lead generation and how it integrates with sales activity
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus, quality, and deadlines
- A hands-on, proactive approach – comfortable doing everything from updating the website to sending email campaigns, posting on social media, writing press releases and running webinars
- Confident in measuring effectiveness, analysing data, and presenting insights clearly
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail
- Organised, collaborative, and people-focused, thriving in a small, dynamic team environment
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools) to integrate marketing and lead generation is a definite advantage

- Full-time role: 5 days per week
- Salary: £35,000
- Location: We operate a hybrid working model, with at least one day in our Shoreditch office per week. This role can be demanding, so real motivation is required to thrive, though working hours will be standard office times, with occasional variations due to deadlines and client commitments
