Are you our new Account Director?

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Director to lead key client relationships, grow strategic partnerships, and help shape the future of our Client Services team.
This is a senior role within the agency and you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead and develop members of the Client Services Team (CST), play a central role in growing client accounts and agency revenue and ensuring our work delivers meaningful impact for purpose-driven organisations.
Approximately 80% of your time will be focused on developing and growing existing client relationships, while 20% will be spent identifying and developing new opportunities.

What you’ll be doing
As an Account Director at Consider, you’ll:
- Be responsible for identifying growth opportunities across your accounts, building long-term partnerships, and helping the agency meet its revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, supporting the team to meet revenue targets and maintain strong account profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the Client Services Team to deliver exceptional client service and strategic thinking.
- Use your digital expertise to guide clients and the team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within agreed budgets.
- Work with the Partners, Client Services Director, and wider CST to develop and win new accounts and clients.
- Work with leadership to improve processes and resolve issues that arise between the Creative, Strategy, and Client Services Teams.
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in agency client services, managing complex client relationships
- Strong understanding of design, branding, and digital-first marketing campaigns
- Experience working with clients in the fundraising, education, or membership sectors (highly desirable)
- A proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and agency profitability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence advising senior clients and challenging thinking when needed
- A strong understanding of creative, strategic, and digital project delivery

Everything else you need to know
Full-time role – 5 days per week. Salary: £48,000
Location: We operate a hybrid working model, with at least one day per week in our Shoreditch office. This is a home-and-office-based role that requires travel in and out of London for client meetings, new business presentations, and planning sessions. This role can be demanding, so real motivation is required to thrive, though working hours will be standard office times, with occasional variations due to deadlines and client commitments.
