We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, curious and self-motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Client Services Team.

If you’re keen to learn about all aspects of project and account management in a creative agency – working as part of a wider creative and client services team, learning the ropes in project management (from schedules to status sheets), talking to clients, working with the studio team and getting to grips with budgeting – then we’d love to meet you.

Ideally, you will have worked in an agency environment for at least a year, and be ready for the next step in your career.

You’ll be supporting the team with some of our existing and new client wins across a broad mix of projects. This includes video, digital, DM, campaign development and creative production for purpose-led organisations in a range of sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a critical member of the Client Services Team (and agency!) and gain exposure to a range of differing clients and project types from TV to charity-specific legacy proposition development.

As a member of Consider’s Client Services Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery and help in the day-to-day management of projects for our clients. You’ll be responsible for making sure the projects are delivered on time, on budget and to scope.

  • You have a thirst for knowledge, enjoy a bit of process and love learning new things
  • You love organising and are a big fan of the to-do list
  • You thrive on helping others out, and are not one to shy away from the everyday tasks of project management like scheduling, proofing, and amends
  • You excel at communication – on the phone and via email, both externally with clients and suppliers, and internally with a team

Everything else you need to know

  • Full-time role: 5 days per week
  • Salary: £28,000-£34,000, depending on experience
  • Location: We operate a hybrid working model, with at least one day in our Shoreditch office per week
