ARE YOU OUR NEW PROJECT MANAGER?

Kevin Smith Client Services Director
An image symbolising Strategy at Consider

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, curious and self-motivated Project Manager to join our Client Services Team.

If you are keen to learn about all aspects of project and account management in a creative agency – working as part of a wider creative and client services team, learning the ropes in project management (from schedules to status sheets), talking to clients, working with the studio team and getting to grips with budgeting then we’d love to meet you. Ideally, you will have worked in an agency environment for at least a year, and be ready for the next step in your career.

You’ll be supporting the team across some of our new client wins, which include at least one large charity client alongside a broader mix of projects such as video, campaign development and creative production for purpose-led organisations in a range of sectors.

This is an opportunity to become a critical member of the client services team (and agency!) and gain exposure to a range of differing clients and project types from TV to charity-specific legacy proposition development.

About us

We’re a caring, vibrant and passionate creative agency based in Shoreditch. Known for our creative and strategy- we help brands with a social purpose change what’s possible.

How you’ll fit into the team

We’re a passionate and dedicated account management team, and we’re proud to work with clients who share our values. As a member of Consider’s account team, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery and help in the management of day-to-day client relationships and partner relations.

You’ll also be partly responsible for making sure the projects we deliver exceed our client’s expectations by being delivered (wherever possible) on time, on budget and to scope.

So far so good? Have a glance down the final checklist below and get in touch.

  • Your attention to detail is exceptional
  • You are not afraid to ask questions, even if they might sound daft
  • You have a thirst for knowledge, enjoy a bit of process and learning new things
  • You love organising and are a big fan of the to-do list
  • You thrive on helping others out, and are not one to shy away from the everyday tasks of account management like scheduling, proofing, and amends
  • You excel at communication – on the phone and via email, both externally with clients and suppliers, and internally with a team
