A passionate legacy fundraiser, Emma has built award-winning legacy marketing programmes for the likes of the University of Birmingham. She currently leads the Legacy Development team at National Trust to significantly increase engagement with legacies, most recently securing internal investment to grow the programme.

Anaish Yilma-Parmar (he/him)
Head of Legacies at British Red Cross

Anaish leads teams across marketing, development, stewardship, events and income management to secure gifts in Wills to the value of circa £35M per year for British Red Cross.

Sinem Bilen-Onabanjo (she/her)
Head of Legacy Engagement at Oxfam
Sinem had various marketing and communications roles in the commercial sector before moving to the third sector in 2017. Having worked in legacy, mid-level and individual giving roles within the international development and higher education sectors, she joined Oxfam as Head of Legacy Engagement in 2022. She is currently leading a transformation of their legacy programme – starting with a powerful above the line campaign.

Associate Creative Director at Consider

A fundraiser through-and-through, Joe’s spent his career helping charities inspire action through words. As one of Consider’s lead creatives, he’s passionate about transforming how the UK’s charity sector communicates.
